I wanted to share my story and I am hopeful that by doing so, I can help someone else find their own path. Mental health is a cause I am passionate about and advocate for increased awareness and understanding. By doing so, we, as a community, can eliminate the stigma, and support one another as we go through life. We will all face a mental issue of some sort in our lifetime, whether that be ourselves directly, or someone we are close to. We live in a time where we push ourselves constantly beyond what we can handle. It is time to change and learn to live.

There are four categories of posts: Basic, Developing, Advanced, Master. You can use these as a guide to the level of difficulty that the topic is.
